Terms for using CineLoom

Using the service

You may use CineLoom only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, authorized collaborators, and activity performed through your workspace.

Your content

You remain responsible for scripts, images, prompts, references, and other materials you upload or create. You must have the rights needed to use those materials and must not use CineLoom to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

AI-generated material

Generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. Review outputs before relying on them in production, distribution, legal clearance, safety decisions, or commercial publication.

Plans and payments

Paid features, credits, project limits, and collaboration allowances are described at purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew until canceled. Existing project access after cancellation may be subject to the plan available to your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, bypass limits, misuse review links, or use the service to create unlawful or abusive material.

Availability

Features may evolve as CineLoom improves. We aim to preserve access to user work, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Preview or testing features may change more quickly.
