COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers when you need them

Getting started

Can I try CineLoom without a credit card?

Yes. One free project includes a six-panel preview and does not require a credit card.

What can I upload?

Start with an idea, screenplay, shot list, or a blank project. CineLoom preserves the original uploaded file.

Can I change choices later?

Yes. Your format, visual recipe, Continuity DNA, and individual storyboard beats remain editable.

Languages and files

Does CineLoom support non-English scripts?

Yes. Upload in any supported language, keep the original language, or translate every output into a selected language.

Which outputs can be translated?

Storyboard text, captions, shot lists, review documents, and PDFs can use the selected output language.

Why did an upload fail?

Confirm the file is a supported screenplay, document, spreadsheet, or shot-list format and that it is not password protected or corrupted.

Studio and AI edits

How do I edit a shot?

Open the beat, choose Edit shot, describe the exact change, review the credit estimate, and generate a new version.

Can I compare versions?

Yes. Use Compare to inspect the current frame beside an earlier version before approving or requesting changes.

What do continuity locks do?

Locks protect selected character, costume, location, prop, camera-axis, or lighting details during an AI edit.

Reviews, collaboration, and exports

What is a secure review link?

It gives a reviewer controlled access to specific storyboard versions without exposing the full Studio workspace. Links can expire or be revoked.

What is the difference between a collaborator and a reviewer?

Collaborators work inside the project according to their role. Reviewers use a secure link to leave feedback or approve shared material.

Where are exports saved?

Open Exports in Studio to generate and download the available project documents.

Any-language workflow

Preserve the source or translate all outputs.

Production documents

Prepare shot lists, captions, and PDFs.
